Is Simply Pleasure any good?
Simply Pleasure has been selling adult products in the UK since the late 1990s and still has high-street stores alongside the website. It's part of the ABS Group, which also runs Prowler and wholesales to other shops, and that shows in the range, especially the fetish and BDSM section.
Delivery is by Royal Mail. Tracked 48 costs £4.99 and takes two to three working days; Tracked 24 is £5.99 and aims for the next working day if you order before 2pm. UK orders over £40 go free, one of the lower thresholds we've seen. The shop doesn't deliver to the US.
Every order goes out in plain packaging, and card payments show as ABS Holdings on your statement. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Returns are the part to read before you order. Unopened, unused items can come back within 30 days, with hygiene seals intact, but the shop charges a 5% restocking fee per item on unwanted returns and you pay the postage. Faulty items are replaced or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, and those come back freepost.
