Is Bondara any good?
Bondara is a UK online sex shop that sells from its own UK warehouse: toys, bondage gear, lingerie and the usual lubes and extras. The range is big, and the homepage is a wall of discount banners, so it helps to know where the useful information lives.
The delivery table is the best thing on the site. Economy Tracked costs £4.49 and takes two to five working days, free once you spend £49.99. Premium Tracked is £4.99 for one to two days. Express Tracked is £5.49 for next-day, and the cut-off is 11pm Monday to Friday, or 4pm on a Sunday. That's hours later than most shops, which matters when you've left it late.
Discretion is covered in plain terms. Larger items come in plain brown boxes and smaller ones in padded envelopes, and the Bondara name isn't anywhere on the packaging. Card payments, whether online or by phone, show as Nagook Ltd on your statement.
Returns are more generous than they first look. Unused items in their original packaging can come back within 30 days for a refund, or within 100 days for an exchange or credit note. Faulty items get 180 days for a refund or exchange. Unless something's faulty, you pay the postage back, and used items that aren't faulty can't be returned at all.
